FatGrrl on Hiatus

I have to take a break from things for a while, folks. Between the two jobs, Kiba’s health problems, and my own personal issues, this site is starting to feel more like an obligation than an opportunity for catharsis. I find myself in a position of self-censoring because the things I want to say will be read by people that know me, and I’m too much of a coward to actually come out and say what I want, consequences be damned. I don’t have that kind of strength right now. And hearing shit like, “It’ll be okay, Morgan,” from those people is not what I want either. The problem is I’m not okay, and a patronizing pat on the shoulder isn’t going to do fuck-all to help.

Anyway, I’ll be back when I can.
